| 2006 September 2009 - CHIC Group Teambuilding activity was held on this day in the Shanghai Sculpture Park. It was a successful event with a total of 200 employees who took part in this. Prior to this event, employees were divided into 10 teams with a team leader each. Planning was required by each team prior to this event. Each leader was given the task to develop their team name, team cheer and a team flag with their team members to be used during the event. |

It was also the 1st time that such an outdoor event was held on such a large scale. The atmosphere was at an all time high with constant cheers and flags flying high as the event was kicked off and led by a team of team building experts. Competitions were held for the 10 teams such as the Dragon Boat race and Tug of War. These competitions were to encourage teamwork, participation and cooperation from each team member.

| At the end of the competitions, points and timing for each team were added together where CHIC Foods' "Sunshine" Team won the first prize with the highest final score, Team "Forward", a SYNTIME Supply Chain and SYNTIME Home & Garden team won the second prize whilst SYNTIME Logistic's "Warrior" Team won the third prize. Hence, congratulations for their great teamwork and efforts! Through this activity, we believe that CHIC Employees had fun and most importantly discovered the importance of teamwork. It was also an event to foster closer inter-departmental and inter-company working relationships. |
