CHIC Group & CEIBS to Co-host the Inaugural China Agri-business Forum 2012 |

| Shanghai China March 26, 2012, CHIC Group announced today that in conjunction with CEIBS, it would co-host the First China Agri-business Forum 2012; with the theme
‘Agrifood in China: The Next Wave of Modernization’. The forum aims to discuss how to explore new agricultural models, how to participate in agricultural reforms and develop -ment; and how to promote the realization of the sustainable development of agriculture in the context of the Chinese Agrifood industry and economic transformation. |

| Mr. John Agyekum Kufuor, the former president of Ghana and winner of 2011 World Food Prize, Mr. Han Changbin, the minister of the Chinese Agricultural Department, and Mr. Edward Zhu, the CEO of CHIC Group will all deliver keynote speeches at the Forum. Hundreds of government officials, domestic and international experts, scholars and entrepreneurs will openly discuss and exchange opinions on critical issues affecting the agricultural sector at the Forum. It is the first time that the agricultural forum is held in China and it will be an important and unmissable platform for industry elites to discuss the development of agriculture at home and abroad. |

| 2012 is the first year of the twelfth five-year plan and the government places high attention to three agricultural problems (agriculture, farmers and rural areas). The Forum, co-hosted by CHIC group and CEIBS, will aim to lead the entrepreneurs and the experts to identify solutions to these three challenges and build the road toward development of a modern agricultural industry. |

| In May, 2010, CHIC group and Chong Qing Government signed an agreement for urban and rural integrated development projects with a total investment of 11bn RMB and a planned transfer of 4.2 million mu of farming land which will house a 100,000 tons citrus processing plant and logistics base. CHIC Group will build a 150,000 mu comprehensive demonstration park, integrating peaches, organic agricultural cultivation, processing, logistics and transport, and ecological leisure travel, which could annually output 400,000 tons of processed deciduous fruit and become the world’s largest Peach cultivation production and processing base. |

| In recent years, due to a series of concerns such as the loss of agricultural resources, the deterioration of the agricultural ecological environment, the income gap between urban and rural areas, as well as food safety, the challenge of how to achieve sustainable development in agriculture and how to reform the agricultural sector has become an emerging problem. |

| The Forum will focus on the three key topics; Firstly; the 3-agricultural-problems policy breaking: it is a mirage to focus on policy and institutional "breakthroughs". Secondly, the capital involved: the new road of agricultural scale and industrialization, will discuss the impact of market reforms in agriculture from the transformation of traditional modes of agricultural production to the development of intensive large-scale agricultural production. Thirdly, food security: strengthening the entire food supply chain management, to reduce food safety risk by managing the food supply chain. |
