Employee Birthday Party |

| Every quarter CHIC will organize Employee Birthday Party. Employee's family members, friends are also welcome to participate this birthday party to make a unique birthday cake with employee. In addition, a delicate Birthday Present is ready for every employee for their birthday. |

Open Forum |
| As an internal communication platform, Open Forum helps CHIC employee get more closely
to CHIC business and key projects, promote cross functional cooperation and encourage
employees to propose own suggestion and comments on company development. Open Forum
has a specific topic organized in every quarter. |

Staff Club |
| Currently CHIC Group has three individual Staff Clubs, including Badminton, Swimming and
Dancing club. There are over 30% employees join Staff Club. CHIC Staff Club is aiming to
enrich employees' amateur life, strengthen their body and develop personal interest, and
promote cross functional communication. |

Badminton Competition Game - 2008 |
| This Badminton Competition Games covers 80 employees, 16 teams including Men's/Women's
singles, doubles competition. Each team has its own cheering squad to fight for the players. |

Donation to WenChun earthquake - 2008 |

| CHIC Group organizes employee donation immediately
after the “5.12” Sichuan earthquake. Representatives
of CHIC Medical donated AIRCAST to Chongqing;
representatives of CHIC Foods donated 2 containers
canned fruits which alleviated the predicament of
scarcity of water and fruits in disaster area. In
aggregate, CHIC Group donated RMB 1.456 million to
WenChuan earthquake. |
